Please email us ([email protected]) with the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. You will be issued with a return goods authorization (RGA) number.
Please note the following before returning items:
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to the total value of the goods being returned for credit.
- Items being exchanged will not be subject to a restocking fee but may incur return freight charges.
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of our issuance of an RGA number.
- Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days from delivery
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Items repackaged or used will not be accepted for return.
- Return shipping is at your cost.
- Defective items will be credited or replaced at our option.
- No returns custom print or special orders.
- The freight portion of the invoice will not be credited on returned merchandise.
